Privacy This covers the luftflow website and sign-up. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect

When you sign up or ask to be onboarded we store your name, work email and company, and what you tell us about your service, plus the campaign or site that brought you and which team referred you, if any.

How we use it

To run your account, to contact you about onboarding, and to understand which markets and features to build for. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your details. To run luftflow we use these processors, each only for its purpose: Google Cloud hosts the service, Meta carries WhatsApp messages, the SMS carrier for your country carries texts, Resend sends our email, Anthropic drafts workflows and runs agents, and Stripe and Flutterwave take payments. We list a new one here at least 30 days before it handles your data.

How long we keep it

Account details for as long as your account is open. Onboarding requests until you ask us to delete them, or two years after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by replying to any email from us. We do it within 30 days.

Data in the product

Inside the product, what people type into a flow stays in the runtime, and logs keep phone numbers masked. Customer agreements cover how we process your customers' data.
