This page covers the luftflow website and early-access list. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect

When you request early access we store your name, work email, company, role, country and your answers about your USSD service, plus the campaign or website that brought you to us and which team referred you, if any.

How we use it

To decide who to invite first, to contact you about early access, and to understand which markets and features to build for. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your details. We use service providers to host the site and send email, and only for those purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests until you ask us to delete them, or for two years after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by replying to any email from us. We will do it within 30 days.

Data in the product

Inside the product, what callers type on input screens stays in the runtime, and session logs keep phone numbers masked. Customer agreements cover how we process your callers' data.
