Terms What you agree to when you open a team on luftflow. It is short because the service is young.
The service
luftflow is in early access and offered as it is today. Features change as we build; we tell you about changes that affect how your workflows run, and we do not switch off a channel your team is using without notice.
Your account
The person who opens a team owns it and answers for the people they invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself: a passkey, recovery codes and your password are yours alone, and anything done from your account counts as done by you.
Your data
Your workflows, your customers' details and the messages you send stay yours. We process them only to run the service and keep it safe, as the Privacy page says, and we hand them back or delete them when you ask.
What you may send
Only messages people have agreed to receive, and nothing unlawful, misleading or abusive. The networks and chat platforms set their own rules, and the law where your customers live applies; you are responsible for following both.
Billing
Building and rehearsing is free. Once customers are reached you pay as the pricing page says, monthly, for what was used. A team with an unpaid bill stops sending until it is paid, and keeps everything it built.
Ending it
You can close your team at any time from its settings. We can close a team that breaks these terms, with notice and a chance to put it right unless the harm is immediate.
What we promise
We work to keep luftflow up and your messages moving, but we cannot promise a network delivers every message or that the service is never down. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Your agreement is with luftflow, a subsidiary of Bowery Lane, the operator of luftflow.
