Build a flow

From a blank flow to a short code, in order.

1. 1 Getting started Make a flow, find your way around the workspace, and dial it on the built-in phone.
2. 2 Screens Menus, inputs, routers and endings, and how a caller moves between them.
3. 3 Variables and phrases Put a caller's answers, API data and reusable wording into what the phone shows.

Payments

1. Airtel Money Push a payment request to the caller's handset over Airtel Africa's Open API, with the UAT keys to try it and the live ones to run it.
2. Flutterwave Send a payment link, check whether it was paid, and start a workflow when a payment completes.
3. M-Pesa Prompt a caller to pay with an M-Pesa STK push, then check whether they entered their PIN.
4. MTN Mobile Money Collect a payment the caller approves on their handset, with the sandbox keys to try it and the live ones to run it.
5. Paystack Send a payment link, check whether it was paid, and start a workflow when a payment succeeds.
6. Stripe Send a card checkout link, check whether it was paid, and start a workflow when a checkout is paid.

Spreadsheets & data

1. Airtable Create records in an Airtable base, find them by a column's value, and update them.
2. Google Sheets Add rows to a Google sheet, check whether a row is there, and update cells, in sheets you choose.
3. Notion Add pages to a Notion database and look them up, from any flow or workflow.

Team chat

1. Microsoft Teams Post messages in a Microsoft Teams channel from any flow or workflow, through the channel's Workflows address.
2. Slack Post to a channel or message a person in your Slack workspace, from any flow or workflow.
3. Telegram Send messages from your Telegram bot, and start a workflow when someone messages it.

CRM & support

1. HubSpot Save contacts, find them by phone or email, and record deals in your HubSpot account.
2. Zoho CRM Create leads, find them by phone and update their status in Zoho CRM, in whichever region your Zoho account lives.

Commerce & accounting

1. Shopify Start a workflow when an order is paid, and find, tag or add notes to orders in your shop.
2. WooCommerce Start a workflow when an order is paid in your WooCommerce store, and find orders, set their status or add notes.

1. Mailchimp Add people to a Mailchimp audience and tag them, from any flow or workflow.
