Draw a WhatsApp flow on the same canvas as your USSD menus, test it on a chat phone, and put it live under the same approvals.

What a flow does in a chat

Your USSD screens, as WhatsApp shows them.

Buttons and lists: Up to three choices become reply buttons; longer menus become lists, paged with More and Previous.
Forms in one sheet: Ask several questions in one sheet instead of several messages, in each of your languages.
Images, documents, audio and video: A message screen can send any of them alongside its text.
The caller's language: Write each screen once per language, and WhatsApp's own labels follow the caller's language too.
A chat phone in the editor: Tap through the flow as a customer would, then save the run as a scenario that must pass before publishing.
Started by you or by them: A customer messages your number, or your backend opens with an approved template and the flow takes the reply.
