Airtable
Create records in an Airtable base, find them by a column's value, and update them.
Airtable
luftflow works with the records in your Airtable bases. It can:
- Create a record in a table, its fields named as the table's columns, such as
{{ {'Order': body.order, 'Name': body.name} }}. - Find a record whose column holds exactly a value, such as an order number.
- Update a record, changing only the fields you name, by its id from either step above.
Keys
Create a personal access token at airtable.com/create/tokens. Give it the scopes data.records:read and data.records:write, and add the bases your flows use. Paste it into Connectors → Airtable for staging and for live; a separate test base for staging keeps test runs out of your real data.
Bases and tables
A step names a base by its id, the part of the base's address that starts with app, and a table by its name, such as Orders. Values are written the way Airtable would read them if you typed them in, so "450" lands in a number column as 450.
