Notion
Add pages to a Notion database and look them up, from any flow or workflow.
Notion
luftflow writes to the Notion databases you share with it. It can:
- Add a page to a database, its title in the database's Name column and the details as the page's first paragraph, such as one page per order.
- Find a page whose Name is exactly a given title, such as an order number.
Connecting
Open Connectors → Notion and press Connect Notion. Notion asks which pages luftflow may use: pick the databases your flows write to. luftflow sees nothing else in your workspace, and never your Notion password.
To share another database later, open it in Notion, choose ⋯ → Connections, and add luftflow.
The database
A step names a database by its id, the 32 letters and digits at the end of the database's link before any ?. The database needs a title column called Name, which every new Notion database has.
Staging uses the same workspace as live until you connect a separate one for staging.
