WooCommerce
Start a workflow when an order is paid in your WooCommerce store, and find orders, set their status or add notes.
WooCommerce
luftflow works with the orders in your WooCommerce store. It can:
- Start a workflow when an order is paid, with the order, its number, the customer, their phone and the total.
- Find an order by its id, with its status, total and billing details.
- Set an order's status, such as
completedonce it is delivered. - Add a note to an order, which your staff see in the order's history.
Keys
In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, press Add key, give it Read/Write permission, and copy the consumer key and secret. Paste them, with your store's address, into Connectors → WooCommerce. Use a staging copy of the store for staging, so test runs never touch real orders.
Starting a workflow when an order is paid
Choose An order is paid in WooCommerce under Change how it starts, then follow Set it up in WooCommerce. Add a webhook for the topic Order updated, paste the address the setup page shows as the Delivery URL, and type the same secret phrase in WooCommerce and on the setup page. WooCommerce marks a paid order processing, and that is when a run starts; other updates to the order are answered and ignored, and an order paid twice never starts two runs.
