Google Sheets
Add rows to a Google sheet, check whether a row is there, and update cells, in sheets you choose.
Google Sheets
luftflow writes to the Google sheets you choose for it. It can:
- Add a row after the last one in a tab, a value for each column in order, such as
{{ [body.order, body.name, body.amount] }}. - Find a row whose first cell is a value, such as an order number, and say whether it is there.
- Update cells you name, such as
Orders!D12for the status of an order.
Connecting
Open Connectors → Google Sheets and press Connect Google Sheets. Google asks you to approve luftflow seeing the files you choose for it, and your email address so the page can say which account is connected. luftflow never sees your Google password, and cannot open anything else in your Drive.
Then press Choose sheets and pick the sheets your flows write to. Each step's Sheet field offers the sheets chosen here. To add another later, press Choose sheets again.
Tabs and cells
A step names a tab by its name at the bottom of the sheet, such as Orders, and cells as Google writes them, such as Orders!D12. A row's values go in the tab's columns from the left.
Staging uses the same Google account as live until you connect a separate one for staging.
