Shopify

luftflow works with your shop's orders as its own app. It can:

• Start a workflow when an order is paid, with the order, its number, the customer, their phone and the total.
• Find an order by its id, with its total, payment status and customer.
• Tag an order, such as thanked, keeping its other tags.
• Add a note to an order, which your staff see in Shopify admin.

Connecting

Open Connectors → Shopify, type your shop's address, such as your-shop.myshopify.com, and press Connect Shopify. Shopify asks you to approve luftflow reading and changing orders. luftflow never sees your Shopify password.

Starting a workflow when an order is paid

Choose An order is paid in Shopify under Change how it starts, then follow Set it up in Shopify. In your Shopify admin, open Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, create a webhook for Order payment in JSON with the address the setup page shows, and paste the key Shopify signs webhooks with on that page. luftflow checks Shopify's signature on every call, and an order paid twice never starts two runs.

Staging uses the same shop as live until you connect a separate one, such as a development store, for staging.
