Microsoft Teams

Post messages in a Microsoft Teams channel from any flow or workflow, through the channel's Workflows address.

Microsoft Teams

luftflow posts in one Teams channel of yours, such as telling your sales channel about each paid order. It uses the channel's own Workflows address, so there is no app to install and nothing to sign in to.

The address

In Teams, open the channel, choose ⋯ → Workflows, and pick Post to a channel when a webhook request is received. Teams makes an address for the channel; copy it into Connectors → Microsoft Teams. Use a separate test channel's address for staging.

The address works on its own, like a key: anyone who has it can post in the channel. luftflow keeps it with your other keys and records calls with its name in place of the address, so it never shows up in Traffic, a run's record or a log. If it ever leaks, turn the workflow off in Teams and make a new one.
