Create leads, find them by phone and update their status in Zoho CRM, in whichever region your Zoho account lives.

luftflow works with the leads in your Zoho CRM as its own app. It can:

  • Create a lead with their name, phone, email and where they came from, such as USSD for a caller.
  • Find a lead by phone, such as the caller's own number.
  • Update a lead's status, such as Contacted, by the lead's id from either step above.

Connecting

Open Connectors → Zoho CRM and press Connect Zoho CRM. Zoho asks you to sign in and approve luftflow reading and writing leads. luftflow never sees your Zoho password.

Zoho keeps each account in one region, such as the EU or India. luftflow follows the region Zoho names when you connect, so steps reach your own data wherever it lives. Zoho's access lasts an hour at a time, and luftflow renews it in the background.

Staging uses the same Zoho account as live until you connect a separate one, such as a Zoho sandbox, for staging.
